PRIVACY POLICY

This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to any and all information that “Olga Michi” Internet shop (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Shop”), accessible under the domain name http://olgamichi.com, can obtain about the User during said User’s operation of Online Shop websites, software and products of the Online Shop.
1. Terms and Definitions
1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. “Admin of the Online Shop website (hereinafter referred to as the Website Admin)” – employee(s) authorized to manage the website and acting on behalf of the Individual Entrepreneur Maxim V. Koveshnikov (State Individual Entrepreneur Register (OGRNIP) number 317502900060821), whose job description includes: organization of processing and (or) processing of personal data; setting the objectives of personal data processing; determining the content of personal data to be processed; performing transactions (operations) with personal data.
1.1.2. “Personal Data” – any information relating to a directly or indirectly defined or identifiable individual (personal data owner).
1.1.3. “Personal data processing” – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with personal data using computer-based processing systems or without use of such systems; the term includes collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, amending), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, granting access to), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.
1.1.4. “Confidentiality of personal data” is a mandatory requirement for the Operator or another person having access to personal data. This requirement prevents dissemination of personal data without the consent of personal data owner or in the absence of another legitimate basis for such dissemination.
1.1.5. “User of the Online Shop Website (hereinafter referred to as the User)” - a person having access to the Website via the Internet and using the Online Shop website.
1.1.6. “Cookies” is a small amount of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser returns to the web server in an HTTP request every time when an attempt is made to open the page of the relevant website.
1.1.7. “IP-address” is a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using IP protocol.
2.GENERALPROVISIONS
2.1. The User’s use of the Online Store Website constitutes acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the User’s personal data.
2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the website of the Online Shop.
2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Online Shop website. The Online Shop does not control and is not responsible for the websites of third parties which the User may access by following the links available on the Online Shop website.
2.4. Website Admin does not verify the authenticity of personal data provided by the User of Online Shop website.
3. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
3.1. This Privacy Policy defines the obligations of the Website Admin of the Online Shop for non-disclosure and protection of confidentiality of personal data provided by the User either at the request of the Website Admin during the registration process at the Online Shop website or in the course of entering an order for purchase of the Goods.
3.2. Personal data that is allowed to be processed under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User through filling out a registration form at the Online Shop website in the “Order Entry” section and includes the following information:
3.2.1. Last name, first name and patronymic of the User;
3.2.2. User’s contact telephone number;
3.2.3. e-mailaddress;
3.2.4. Delivery address for the Goods;
3.2.5. TheUser’sresidentialaddress.
3.3. The Internet Shop is protecting the Data that is automatically transferred in the process of viewing of advertising units and when visiting web pages having a statistical system script (“pixel”) installed:
- IP address;
- Information from cookies;
- Browser-specific information (or information on another program performing access to ads being displayed);
- Time of access;
- Address of the webpage housing the ad unit;
- Referrer (address of the webpage that was viewed previously)
3.3.1. Disabling cookies may lead to inability to access certain sections of the Online Shop website that require authorization.
3.3.2. Internet Shop collects statistical data on IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used for purposes of finding out and resolving any technical issues and to control the legitimacy of financial payment transactions
3.4. Any other personal information not specified above (purchase history, browsers and operating systems used, etc.) is subject to reliable storage procedures and non-dissemination (except for cases provided for in pp. 5.2 and 5.3 of this Privacy Policy).
4. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION
4.1. User’s personal data may be used by Website Admin of the Online Shop website for the following purposes:
4.1.1. Identification of Users who have previously registered on the Online Shop website for the purposes of placing an order and (or) entering into a Sales contract for the goods sold online via the Online Shop.
4.1.2. Providing the User with access to personalized resources of the Online Shop website.
4.1.3. Receiving feedback from and sending information to the User, including sending of notifications, inquiries regarding the use of Online Shop website, provision of services, processing of User’s queries and requests.
4.1.4. Determining the User’s location to ensure security and to prevent fraud.
4.1.5. Confirming the accuracy and completeness of personal data provided by the User.
4.1.6. Creating a user record to be used for making purchases – in case the User has agreed to create a user record.
4.1.7. Notifying the User of the Online Shop website about the status of the Order.
4.1.8. Processing and receipt of payments, confirmation of tax or tax benefits, challenging payments, determining whether a User has the right to receive a line of credit.
4.1.9. Providing the User with effective customer and technical support in case of problems associated with the use of the Online Shop website.
4.1.10. Providing the User (upon his/her consent) with product updates, special offers, pricing information, newsletters and other information on behalf of the Online Shop website or on behalf of Online Shop partners.
4.1.11. For performance of advertising/promotional activities upon the consent of the User.
4.1.12. Providing the User with access to websites or services of Online Shop partners allowing the User to receive products, updates and services.
5. METHODS AND TIMEFRAMES FOR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1. Processing of User’s personal data may be performed for an indefinite period of time without any time limitation, in any legal way whatsoever possible, including by processing in information systems used for personal data either using computer-based tools or without such use.
5.2. The User agrees that Website Admin has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, to courier services, postal organizations, telecommunications operators; this could be done exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the User’s order placed through the Online Shop website (including for the purpose of delivery of the Goods).
5.3. The User’s personal data may be transferred to the authorized bodies of state power of the Russian Federation only for reasons and in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.4. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, Website Admin informs the User about such loss or disclosure.
5.5. Website Admin takes the necessary organizational and technical precautions to protect the User’s personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying and dissemination as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
5.6. Website Admin together with the User take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by loss or disclosure of the User’s personal data.
6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The User shall:
6.1.1. Provide his/her personal data required for the use of the Online Shop Website.
6.1.2. Update or amend the personal data previously provided in case of any changes in such personal data
6.2. Website Admin shall:
6.2.1. Use the information obtained solely for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. Ensure storage of confidential information in secrecy; said information shall not be disclosed without the User’s prior written permission; personal data provided by the User shall not be sold, exchanged, published, or disclosed in any other possible way, except in situations covered in pp. 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with the procedure commonly used to protect this type of information in existing business practices.
6.2.4. Block personal data of the relevant User from the moment of receipt of such User’s query or request coming from such User or his/her legal representative or an authorized body for protection of rights of personal data owners. Such blocking shall remain in force during the period of verification (in cases when unreliable personal data or illegal actions were found).
7. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES
7.1. Website Admin that failed to fulfill its obligations is liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data in compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except as otherwise provided for in pp. 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Site Administration shall not be held responsible for such loss or disclosure if this confidential information:
7.2.1. Became generally accessible (enter the public domain) before such loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was received from a third party before it was received by the Website Admin.
7.2.3. Was disclosed upon prior consent of the User.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1. Before filing a lawsuit concerning disputes arising from relations between the User of the Online Shop website and the Website Admin, it is mandatory to submit a statement of claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute) to the party allegedly at fault.
8.2. The recipient of the statement of claim shall (within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of such statement of claim) notify in writing the party issuing such statement of claim about the results of the review of such statement of claim.
8.3. If the agreement is not reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.4. This Privacy Policy and the relations between the User and the Website Admin are governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
9. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
9.1. The site administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.
9.2. A new Privacy Policy takes effect from the moment it is posted on the Website of the Online Shop – unless otherwise the new edition of the Privacy Policy provides otherwise.
9.3. Any suggestions or questions about this Privacy Policy should be reported in the Contacts section of the Online Shop website.
